Initial Development Stage
The Kalcad Company has a state of the art laboratory, which is accessorized with advanced technical equipment, which purpose to recommend the client with the desirable composition of laminate for production of the pouch. The laboratory prepares a detailed report that includes specifications fot the raw material manufacturers.

Printing Stage
The production process starts from the printing stage. It is possible to print on the whole surface of the product with the best quality line printing and process printing by two system - Rotogravure or Flexo - (up to 6-7 colors).

Lamination Stage
The next stage is a combination of layers of different materials according to the request of the client and according to the product, designated for filling. The current lamination stage provides the pouch with a mechanic strength and an especially high durability. Thus, the Kalcad products guarantee protection and durability against :
 penetration of oxygen and other gases
penetration/exit of humidity
UV radiation
acids and alkali
chemical matters
detergents
lubrication matters and oils

Production Stage
The final stage is the pouch production, during which it is possible to
integrate nozzles in size of 12 mm or 20 mm, with an evidence for freshness. The production is done in a temperature of 200°C and the product opens only under the nozzle for filling, in order to guarantee filling in optimal hygienic conditions.
